No it’s not. The Bible says “obey them that have the rule over you”, and was written at a time when Christians were being tortured, stoned to death, and imprisoned en mass. The Bible even mentions bad governments being put there BY GOD for our good.

It’s cool to live in rhe west and be able to vote for things. But God doesn’t tell us in the Bible to resist the government He installs. Telling Christians the Bible says to resist is lying, and and anti-biblical.

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.” Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The Bible doesn't teach anyone anywhere to EVER resist the government, tyrannical or not.
