Instead of tossing out the fat from your beef, you can render it into tallow. Use it for skin scare if you can’t eat it. I have no issues eating it but I love using it for my skin. ❤ Thank you Lillie

This is the most sane and rational approach to diet and nutrition on the entire internet. It's amazing to me how all the so-called "credentialed" diet and nutrition "experts" are such unreasonably dogmatic, one-size-fits-all fanatics.

Fresh whole milk is the best right from the Utter. I had a lady that I worked with. She had 2 milking cows Alice. When she had all her kids at home she needed it. Now the kids are gone, but she still has to milk the cows. So if I brought a milk jug, she would fill it up. And the coolest thing was I could make homemade butter. Cause it had to butter cream on top.

There is a proper certification for olive oil in America. You just have to look at the bottle to make sure it's certified. I used to live near a bunch of olive oil ranches in California and they produced the most amazing oil that I put it on my face and body.

I eat primarily a carnivore, aminal based and I live near Sedalia and have driven past the farm you use tons of time and never new it was there, crazy.

You should check if your Costco has wymans or nature's touch brand wild blueberries, they're tested for pesticide residue and just taste sooo good. Plus, much more antioxidants!

If your ferritin runs unusually high, it would be smart to get tested for Hereditary Hemochromatosis (HHC). I got diagnosed with that at a couple of years ago. It is a genetic thing, more prominent among those from N.Western Europe, where your body stores iron, particularly in the liver - which can screw it up. The good thing is that the treatment is simple. In my case I have some blood drawn every 3 or 4 months. It can either be discarded or donated. Then stored iron is used up to make new blood.

If you don't have a veggie steamer, an easy way to steam a head of broccoli is cut it down to fit a large sauce pot. Chop the stem to go into the water, put the head up, cover with a lid, add an inch of two of water. Steam until soft. Beautiful color, soft, but not boiled away. Drown in butter. I never eat veggies anymore. But if you must, the flavor is good.

Beef has plenty of Vitamin K and more than enough zinc to eliminate the need for sunscreen. I avoid supplements trying to get them as intended, synthetic supplements can't be absorbed by the body.
I make pemmican from dehydrated ground beef and Saskatoon's or blueberries, the only carnivore bar I'll eat preferring to make everything I eat and use on my body. Bonus it stores on the shelf up to 20 years, so is a great for road trips.
