Surya Namaskar, the Sun Salutation, is a series of 12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Surya namaskar A is the most basic sun salutation. In the Ashtanga primary series, each practice starts with 5 rounds of surya namaskar A. Energize your body as you stretch and strengthen all of its major muscle groups in sun salutations, or surya namaskar. Love this video! Rohini is so natural and lovely to listen to. I find that in other videos instructors can be pretentious or annoying but this lady just gets on with it. Very easy to work with :)

Hi rohini..last week i have asked u some tips of hands on adjustments nd open shoulders nd also padmasana....but u dont give..anyways i got them from a foreign yogi..thank uu..nd want to speed up for upload useful videos for all.please

Thank you! But I have problem with get cramp in my foot when switching from chaturanga to upwardsfacing dog, how can I solve this? Very hard to keep going with the cramp in foot :(
