Thanks my friend that worked.

It was my U torrent downloads folder it would take forever to open and then when i would open a subfolder and click back it would also take forever.

It changed the content view to details and put it in alphabetical order but I changed it to content view which I prefer, hope it doesn't affect the speed long term.

Now I've gotta fix the right click 'not responding' issue do you have a video for that issue?
