Fun Fact: Did you know that George Lucas intended JarJar to be the Sith Lord and not Palpatine? However the hate over JarJar was so bad that George scrapped the idea. That’s why JarJar are making some. . . questionable decisions. (like the Jedi mind trick, giving Padme the idea of war, ect)
Edit: Palpatine was a Sith Lord, but JarJar was above Palpatine.
