I Meditated 1 Hour Everyday For 1 Month. This Is What Happened...

28 days ago I set myself the challenge of meditating/ prayer/ quiet time every morning for 1 whole hour for a month. I have been used to meditating for 10-15 minutes in the past so this was certainly a big step up for me.

There are so many health benefits of meditating and it appears to have gained popularity in recent years particularly with more and more research boasting of it's benefits including lowering stress, lowering blood pressure, reducing depression & anxiety, improving sleep and improving chronic pain. Here is my journey...
