20 is a lot isn't it...one can understand on a loading phase which again is all about quicker results....not size or anything as such since you can have to saturate your muscles with creatine before you see results...but 20 for a regular long term consumption is a lot man!

I have a friend, who is no. 1 trithalon runner of India as on date, he has woon three trithalon in 2023 including Goa and Kazakstan, BCCA is highly suggested by him if u are doing endurance training, also beetroot supplement for better blood flow.
