In India we dry clothes outside in balcony or terrace. Clothes are best when dried in sun.

I'm Japanese but I don't really hear people say they don't have dryer because the space is small. It's more like you can save money, energy, also preserve your cloth from damage or shrink, and also the smell of the sun makes us really happy after you dry them outside.

Same with Morocco. When I visited Casablanca, our houses are usually really big, connected with other houses, kinda like apartment. I see clothes being hanged on balcony’s though.

No.... the reason is that hanging clothing on balcony isn't banned like most of the apartments in the states...

In Germany most people hang their clothes as well, only some weird modern people use dryers, it costs extra money to buy and the electricity 😂

Yea a lot of spaces in kinki are pretty damp, you don't want to be drying your clothes outside.
