When I was younger Curry Goat was something i LOVED, then i stopped eating meat, but I still wanted to make a curry that resembled one of my faves so I made this. Curry no Goat. It doesn't taste like goat.... because its literally not goat but it is nostalgic to the classic in a plant based way.

One year I became addicted to Jamaica. I went there several times. I went to a small town where I got to know the locals. I was invited to peoples homes for meals that were next level amazing. Curry goat was a favorite. Since becoming vegan I've looked for a good curry goat recipe. I cannot wait to try this one. Thank you! Also, I have both of your cook books and I would highly recommend them!
