Ingredients:
2 lbs. Goat
1 Tsp Salt
4 Stalk of thyme
1 tbsp. All purpose seasoning
1 Small sweet pepper
1 large potato
2 tbsp. Curry powder
6 Pimento seed
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
5 Gloves of garlic
1 tsp. Cooking oil
5 1/5 Cups of water
1 Small onion

Sis all I can say is WOW !! I’m Black American w/ a Jamaican hubby so I was a little nervous about making curry goat for the first time, but it came out SO GOOD !! I switched up the recipe the slightest bit and mixed in some mutton— it was definitely a hit !! A++ thank you girl ☺️

I continuously come back to this recipe when I’m in the mood for a curry. My husband grew up eating curried goat and greatly approves of this!
We have five littles to feed so I have to up the quantities but it’s never failed me. I’m trying it today with braising beef because I don’t have any goat right now. Can’t wait to eat it!

I love goat curry wrapped in a Roti. The best fast food meal ever. That is of course if you are lucky enough to have a restaurant that makes goat roti nearby. I could buy them in many places in Toronto but here in Saskatoon there are no places that make them.
