Made this recipe this past Monday (Labor Day) . Wow wow wow Roxy!! 🤗 You took me back to my days spending summers in Jamaica with my family. My entire family is from there. When I made this for me and my dad, he gave me the best compliment ever. He said it tastes like how grandma used to make it 🥹. The only difference I did was add an extra scotch bonnet in the pot while cooking to give make a little extra spicy. You know how we loooovveee spice ☺️.
