I literally just finished unlocking all the Ult/Ult+ parts the day before this was uploaded, talk about bad timing xd still a really great strat! I was running Flying Dutchman > Prestige to get Heat 3, then doing the Heat 3 race and whatever night race I ended up at after that from there to get to 5. If I need to get the ult parts again in the future, I'll defo use this method

The oval race track next to Rivera's Garage is also a good spot for this too. It's just abit more challenging because the cops get a bit aggressive once you reach level 3 and up.
