I can easily do 7 to 8 hours of sleep but I end up sleeping 10-12 hours every night.

One more very useful tip- Make a to-do list for the next day the night before itself & visualize yourself doing it. The next day you'll do all those things automatically like you're on auto-pilot mode😄 This really helps👍🏻

I woke up everyday at 4:30 am and do Yoga, meditation and many other things.
Once it became noon I feel extremely lazy and feel sore all over my body even what I do😢.

Cutdown caffeine 😲
Not possible.. caffeine is the thing that make me awake while studying

4th avoid alcohol
Already not consuming 😊

Ok np.... But m to baithe baithe hi so jaau😅😂

Is that possible to be productive 😅😂

Never drinking coffe or tea in summer
Taking sleep but not geeting freashness

Please share some meditation techniques as I am a very lazy person who can literally sleep for 16 hours continuously and I am a ca student and I can study whole night but cannot study a hour in the morning.

People don’t properly define laziness before using the word. It doesn’t just mean people who don’t feel like doing stuff, it’s deeper than that. Lazy people won’t do things you tell then to do, so the solution is very different from just telling them to live a healthy lifestyle like what was said in this video
