Welcome back & thanks for you time. My husband & I got married in West Africa so he enter Logan Airport in 2017. Two years later we filed for removal of conditions. Because of coronavirus we never received a letter from USICS to come in for an interview. To this day USICS has our interview letter in with them. We have never moved. The ironic part is they quickly send a removal letter which caught us of guard. We followed all the steps yet we were told our cause in in Boston. Since 2019 our master hearing has been rescheduled twice. My question is, is the Judge apart to see we never received our interview letter plus USICS has it in their system still in 2024?
