Magkano po kaya ang magagastos kapag mag file ng petition of foreign divorce?

Atty.ask ko lng po.dito po ako sa Canada dito din po ako kinasal sa ibang lahi pero pilipino citizen pa po during our marriage. Nung nag divorced kami canadian citizen na po ako.at hindi ko po na I report ung marriage ko sa phil consulate at lumalabas sa psa wala akong record of marriage.

Plano ko po mag pakasal sa boy friend ko he's a pilipino sa hong kong. Pwede ko po ba ipa register ang kasal namin sa phil consulate sa hong kong.

Former filipino po ako. Naturalized na ako nung nagfile ako ng divorce. Magpafile po ako ng k1 visa para sa fiancée ko. Ang tanong ko po ay kailangan ko pa po ba iparegister yung foreign divorce ko sa filing ng k1 visa? Required din po ba ang CENOMAR para sa US citizen na sponsor ng k1 visa?
