Hi Kseniya, I want to thank you for your detailed videos. They helped me to go through the process easily and on my own. It took only 3 months from filing I-130 to the interview and visa approval for my mother 😊

Thank you Kseniya for your videos very informative. Big request, could you share information for adjustments of stays for asylum approved people. As all the videos with I-130 forms makes it a bit confusing. Would be great to know all the list of documents that required and not for those who got the white card but yet need to file for adjustment of status. Big thanks ❤

Great video. Very Informative.

but have few questions:
1. If parents are outside of USA, and I-130 already filed. In a meantime if they come to USA, can the process to convert to adjustment of status and can the interview to be avoided as they are in USA now?

2. can they travel outside USA if their file is in process (assume filed for adjustment pf status) while they in USA as they are currently on visitor visa?

3. typical duration of process time for both scenarios, inside and outside USA?

Thanks.

Do you need to file more than one petition at the time like for employment and I-485

You need to go to law school. You will be a good lawyer. Your explanations are well beyond what a regular lawyer will advise. Thank you very much for your good job and dedication.

Is birthcertificate enough to prove relationship or surnames need to match?

Hey, I just want to stop by say thank you so much for those videos. I watched almost all of your video 7 month ago to apply my moms green card by my self. And now show already got her green card! I’m so appreciate those videos, they are so detailed and show the way to organize documents, I think that’s also help to speed the process. Again. Thank you and I wish the best for you and all others willing to apply for their family’s green card. 😊

This is a great video, super clear and informative. Do you have any thoughts or recommendations to share about the 90-day rule? Would you avoid filing the i130 within 90 days of arrival, or just avoid filing i485 within 90 days of arrival? Thank you!!

May God bless you for helping us with this process. I’m trying to file I-485 for my parents concurrently with I-130. I’m having difficulty to fill I-485 specifically for parents on B1 visa. Especially with question saying ‘ subject to public charge’
Who is suppose to answer this question? Me or my parents ? They are on b1 visa never worked here and has no assets and liability over her. I’m really overwhelmed with this question
Need your assistance 🙏thank you

Hello Ms. Kseniya! Once again thank you for all the help. I have another inquiry that maybe you can shed more light. Based on this video, you stated that if Petitioner is born out of wedlock that there should be additional evidence in I-130 instructions. I looked into it but it seems like nothing else is required from us.

To give you an insight, we are preparing to submit I-130 petition for my widowed mother who is currently in the USA along with I-485 and other forms incorporated with it. We can provide the following, beneficiary’s birth certificate, marriage certificate, late husband’s death certificate, passport, and other identifications. Meanwhile petitioner can provide, US birth certificate, US passport, Social Security, US drivers license, etc. My concern is that, me (petitioner) was born in the year 1992 but my mother (beneficiary) was married to my father in 1996. Do you think there is anything else I can show them as an evidence that is not listed above? Thank you very much in advance.

Kseniya, I'm gonna apply for my mom mid 2025, do you know how long it takes to get her social security card while she waits for the green card? do you have any idea? like 4 to 6 months?

Thank you for sharing all this information ! I would like to ask you 2 questions:
if a US Citizen living out of the US, files
an I -130 for a parent but his/her parent lives in US and its working legaly (with some " gaps" between work permits). and have 40 crediits for the social security Administration.(10 years payimg taxes)
His/her parent may apply for the I - 485. Sending an I-864w with the application ?
Or the petitioner has to file also de I-864 at the same time during the AOS process?
Question 2 : during the parent process of adjustment of status does the petitioner needs to have the address in US or be present in USA?
This is in case you know about a case like this in the past. Not many people know about the I-864 W, since most of the applicant do not have 40 credits of SSA when they are doing the process or AOS.
Thank you very much !
