What to expect from the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season

NOAA is out with its prediction for the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season, which officially begins June 1. It expects a "near-normal" season with 4 to 8 hurricanes. CBS News weather producer David Parkinson joins CBSN with details.

They said maybe three major hurricanes? With Global Warming anything can happen since it is not a normal that we are used to as with the higher ocean temperatures also with ocean temperatures rising there is more water to deal with rising to more increased waves and storm surge. One can make a prediction based upon the increasing temperatures in an area that are noticeable like Florida or South Carolina.
