In this video, I showcase some of the coolest hidden lore and story of some of the character designs in the game of Reverse: 1999. An-an Lee is really cool, Centurion is crazy, and hot, and Jessica... is actually precious... but also CREEPY INSANE. With the release of Version 1.2 and new character banners releasing, I thought it was a good idea to talk about some of the character lore, and if you're interested, maybe you should pull! i like that the real Solidus is a rare coin too. since it is so rare to get to farm ingame too. (not that rare tho but iykyk)

I might be reading too much into this but if you have some time hear me out. At the conversation before the final battle, Jessica said that she had the dream about a grassland of a place far away. And later she added that after she met Blonney, she saw Blonney in the dream and she could be at ease. So Blonney became Jessica's dream when Blonney can live with her dream. But when Blonney threw away her dream, Jessica's dream also left, it slowly became distorted and turned into a bad dream - a nightmare - scaring Jessica herself with loneliness as well as all the people around the lake. Hence the name of the event is "The NIGHTMARE at Greenlake" and not "The horror at Greenlake".

I think that Centurion's name has multiple references in it. 1- The obvious roman one as her seen in her skill "Victorious General". 2- To a former Indian bank named Centurion bank with her gold coin and wealth. 3- To the name of a (premium) spicy hot sauce named Centurion 1744 as referred by her insight name "Hot Sauce Expert".

I think Jessica's reference as Changeling is also for the fact that she replaced 2 people of the supposed Blooney's movie actors in the story. Jessica was replacing the girl named Anne (yea, she just copy Anne's face) and the other guy that was sick after food poisoning.

I love how St Pavlov classify her as a threat to all humanity. The school for discipline simply wants to teach her to be less of a threat by the end.

"Luring people people into death" -- thats literally what she did before Blonney with company and Vertin with company appeared. But overall she is not crazy, just spent too much time on her own :^)

It is good to learn something about characters that I didn't know much about. I find it funny that Kowloon gets into more and more scenarios for video games, when I first learned about it, it was also through a game and that was Shadowrun: Hongkong (2015) where the Walled City also plays a major role. It is obviously a setting with an insane amount of character, that I can only see the amount of people using it as a setting increasing, especially since its destruction only increases the intrigue today.

I love jessica so much, she is such a complex character with an adorable and precious personality. Obviously she is kinda creepy sometimes but i find that part of her more amusing than anything else

Something that I belive add a little to Jessica's personality and desing, is the existance of the "Bambi Lesbians" in queer culture, refering to the lesbians that prefer non-sexual activities to show affection, like kissig and cudling a lot
