Thumbs up. It's been awhile since I powered up my 128, but I think you can type DIRECTORY (or press F3?) and it will show the directory of drive 8 without disturbing the BASIC program in memory. That's stock from the factory in BASIC 7.0.

That was a great cart, I still had 1541s when I got my C128, the Fastload from my C64 wasn't going to help. Burst mode for cheap.

@3:55 the C128 have the 'DIRECTORY' command for that already?

Anybody tried the new disk drive they made for the Foenix256? It's supposed to work with the C64

Good explanation. I'd like to see a benchmark on its capabilities though. Does it operate any faster than Epyx' FastLoad on the 128, etc.?

Is this a fast load for the 1571 too, or just the 1541? How much does it speed loading?
