Commodore 128 unboxing.

Ordered myself a Commodore 128. :) I've been wanting one of these for many years!! Alas, it arrived damaged. :/ I wonder if I can find a spares of those blue pieces..

nice one and I think at quite a good price!too bad it was damaged, this packaging is just for laughs and not for sensitive equipment.

anyway, before you give up maybe you can try gorilla glue if the pieces have a "clean cut" without missing bits.not very sure though if this glue is way too strong for the plastic and melt it completely.

That is amazing! You actually got a C128 boxed, the price is just right! Congratulations on the find! :o)
it’s a shame that a couple of it’s teeth got knocked out in transit, I hope you managed to fix that, if it’s the same type of keyboard as the Amiga ones, you could possible get replacement “blue” parts for it, i’m not sure what they’re called.

By the way this is freaky, you will know exactly why once you see the video i’m uploading on Friday :o)

So odd that many of the c128 keyboards have broken keys. Definitely a weak point of the system.
I always wanted a 128 as well. I got two in one deal at a certain point.
I wouldn't worry too much about the keys. They're probably not used much anyway.
