To all the people who are saying that women have not contributed to the assets - mothers, sisters and wives have worked without pay for years. If you take into account the value of their unpaid work, opportunity cost of them not having their own career, they deserve a fair share. The idea that you have made your own money without any help is a myth. None of are self made. Stop crying and grow up!

Most women dont like money matters and now they are even blaming it on us saying " KEPT AWAY " from money, as if we are holding a rope to hold them somewhere away from the cash .. Mockery😂

To the patriarchal dinosaur who thinks that he can divorce his wife and yet not be obliged to give her anything because “he earned his assets, not her” he should perhaps ask himself if he could’ve gone about his work successfully if his wife wasn’t looking after his home and children, cooking and cleaning for him, often working longer hours than him, without pay.

Marriage is a 50-50 partnership, so if it sadly ends in a divorce, she is entitled to half of everything he’s worth. It’s perfectly fair.

If he’s that protective of his assets, he should stay single.

They don't tell because siblings relationships are complicated.. the rubber stamp that society dowry thats the share given to girl for marriage. If sister husband find any holding have good price or chance of property increase they will file cases to equal share .. here male child have look.after parents, assests. Loans, debts and holding property .. even though getting her share in marriage form. They need extra .. when it comes to money . No relationship is eternal.. but problem.here is the amount given to girls should hand over to jointly to couple or to the girl herself

This splitting should be done basis duration of marriage. These days women file 498a after 2 months of marriage and start demanding flat and crores of rupees.

What a misguided interview/reel..

Who will acquire certain property completely depends upon the Character of property OR with what kind of money it has been acquired. (Even High courts/Supreme court has set the precedents, by, asking the person claiming to be the owner, to produce the evidence related to the income/money used to buy that property..

She is so assertive in the reel like what she is saying is Gospel truth. Feels Sorry to see such misguided interactions.😮
