Brilliant lesson. I do wish there was more of this style of playing on the channel. It's very cool.

I have struggled over many years to find a great guitar teacher, who really teaches you to play properly, and not just how to copy a tune. Brian is the best out there, believe me. Its the closest you will get to having a one to one teacher - And I don't feel like an idiot which I often did in a live situation when I have to ask him to show me a certain part again as I just rewind the video and go over as many times as I need to. Absolutely brilliant!

Thanks Brian.... I take a little longer to assimilate your lessons but I do enjoy them. Hitting the big six oh

A cool thing to do if you are playing single coils is to take a fuzz and crank it with the amp and roll guitar volume back. It will thicken up the sound without adding the fuzzy sound when you don’t want it

Great as usual. Thanks for going through how to get the tone. We are always wondering on videos like this, and usually it remains a mystery!

While I can play lead guitar because I don't have tons of experience in a band, the local jam group unfortunately put me into rythm guitar which is actually way harder for me to play than lead because of the many chord changes required and large chord vocabulary required. Switching from Bm to F#m to A is way more difficult at 200 BPM than playing solos and lead!

Using any chord progression generally I use to play just pure chord...but when I listen rock songs I found rhythm guitar on almost songs has many notes many tones in 1 measure (bar) I could not find those were rhythm guitar or lead guitar or what chord they playing... Omg rhythm guitar was another world....
