God, thank you for your great love and your mercy in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you for calling Lazarus forth. Praise God! I pray for deliverance from evil over mankind, and all of your creation in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen 🙏

There's always more than what meets the eye when it comes to scripture. Thank you for sharing this insight!

Always a pleasure! I was attracted to your channel because of my own vocation as a visual artist. Sometime we artists can feel a ittle like res headed stepchildren in the Church, especially in the US, so it's encouraging to see someone read the Bible with its beauty in mind. Thanks!

Jordan Peterson was right... the Bible is humanity's first & greatest hyperlinked book having so many cross-references. its amazing

I HOPE you see this message a few months ago I got baptized well it was going good and then I kinda back slid an put my connection with God on hold but recently I've been praying alot more especially every night before bed for others an not my own selfish needs and just asking God for directions and strength and Guidance but I just recently woke up from a dream about lazarus and what I believe to be a seraphim communicating with me telepathically I'm currently trying to find a church to start going to again and not super familiar with the Bible I was just wondering if you maybe could at least give me some insight to what it might mean.thanks

Lazarus symbolizes the fact that Jesus Christ could bring you back from anything

Pretrib Dispensationalists claim that Lazarus symbolizes Israel, and Mary and Martha the Church. When Mary said, The Master is come, Martha "rises quickly." They take the rising quickly to be a reference to the rapture. What is your opinion on this?
To me, it sounds similar to John saying, It is the Lord, and Peter putting on his outer cloak and jumping in the water. Is there a connection there?

How come NONE of you ever treat Lazarus as a human being? He was ill, he died, his soul left his body and went to its proper place. Then his friend JESUS came along and brought him back into life. All very well to refer back to the distant pass over the losing and gaining of a position, of what a priest is. BUT, Lazarus was HUMAN, an individual made in the Image and Likeness of GOD. And none of you ever consider what it was like for Lazarus. He was ill, and he REALLY DIED. THE END. FIN. And he was raised from the dead. THE ONLY HUMAN CONDEMNED TO DEATH TWICE. TWICE. What was the rest of his life like, with that hanging over his head? You've never thought about it, you've never considered what it was like for Lazarus, and you don't care about one of the human creations of GOD.

When Jesus is resurrected he is thought to be the gardener by Mary.

this story felt like it was against the laws of nature, I don't think god would like it. bragging... It's not right to create fairy tales based on stories we didn't agree with in the past. Stay with science my brothers. I will tell you more beautiful tales...

Lazarus dies because he was sick. His resurrection eventually brings about the crucifixion. Way too much spiritualising here.

I’m amazed adults still believe this nonsense, let alone talk about it.
