Palpatine: Dooku, you're supposed to lose.

Dooku: Twice the pride, double the fall.

The separatist didn’t want power, they wanted freedom

People often make jokes about the Empire being "good guys", but I mean it in all sincerity when I say that the Separatists were unequivocally the good guys in this universe.

Imma say it, the CIS should have won.

As Nute Gunray put it, the CIS needed to "send all available droids into battle." If the CIS hadn't kept the vast majority of their forces in reserve, they could have crushed the GAR with sheer numbers.

Alternative ending

Sudently doors open with magma guards and droidekas entering the room surounding Anakin before shooting him

The separatist council: lord sidius wants to murder us? Its time release the reserves send every droid to courusant now! I want Sidius executed

The separatists would never do this, and the Confederate parliament would never shut down a peace treaty that would give them the outer rim. The parliament's representatives were all from outer rim worlds, and the original separatist movement advocated for, well, /separating/ from what they considered a core-dominated republic. They'd also never make Coruscant their capital. All of these decisions, presumably made by Dooku, would be a surefire way to get his own people to throw him out. Otherwise, I like the scenario, good video!

Maybe, Dooku is to afraid of going after Palpatine, but Palpatine would never let Dooku off that easy. He might sit in jail but Dooku would suffer, somehow. You said Dooku was pride full, no way Sidious lets anyone betray him without a price. So for your what if to happen Dooku would have to grow a pair and take out Sidious one way or another, probably using the Jedi. I nice call to old friend master Windu telling him that Palpatine was the Sith all along. With the Jedi eliminating his master and with the execution of either a politician or a prisoner Dooku could pull off what you envision. Yes mace Windu would definitely kill a Sith prisoner remember too powerful to Dangerous to be left alive.

I like this what if! It's believable, has some good twists & turns, as well as even leaves Palpatine still in play rather than suddenly dying or being discovered as the Sith Lord.

Part 2 please. I'm very curious about what sidious is planning after all the name of sidious comes from the word insidious. So it's going to subtle, devious, treacherous, duplicitous and throughly well thought out. Extraordinarily well planned and meticulously executed. I can hardly wait to find out what's going to happen next. Kind regards from Daniel Harman.

This is incredible, Mr. Bantha Stew. The Separatists were led by Dooku to create a government that would help the people despite its flaws. What makes this story different from other Star Wars stories on that if the Separatists won the Clone War, Dooku would be more willing to have people under his government to serve the people's needs the most instead of being tyrannical similar to Palpantine's Galactic Empire. Instead, clones are treated fairly, and given the recognition and citizenship they deserve despite fighting against the CIS. And the CIS and the remnants even make peace and have Coroscunat as a neutral world for both representatives of the political parties. This is truly amazing, my friend, and I love to see part two of this because this is a fantastic story.

Always keep your dreams to yourself, for you're to make them a reality, and may the force be with you!

Man one cant simply say the republic is bad or the separatists or bad its not black in white both sides had heroes and villains...republic citizens feard Grievous while separatists citizens thought he was a war hero and they thought the Jedi were puppets are the bad guys...While republic saw them as war heros..

What if Darth Maul found a young Reva instead of the Grand Inquisitor from the aftermath of Order 66 and made Reva his apprentice and heir to Crimson Dawn? How powerful would Reva be under Maul's teaching, and would they both have enough power and support to take down both Vader and Sidious and have Maul declare himself Emperor and Reva, his heir to the throne?

What do you think of that idea, Bantha Stew? A good idea or bad idea for a story?

So let me get this straight. The CIS had over a quadrillion droids in reserve. Had weapons such as the defoliator and super tanks that could wipe out entire clone army’s, and super effective droid prototypes such as the B3. And they never used any of it? The CIS should’ve won. (also I am in the 100th comment!)
