I hope this is true. I do sauna with lots of water on the rocks, 4- 6 nights a week. I also usually do 30 - 60 minutes of cardio daily, so I sweat a bunch with that as well.

The Hubbard in "The Hubbard Protocol" that you mentioned refers to L. Ron Hubbard. In Scientology it's part of the Purification Rundown. It's primarily meant to remove drugs from the body, which mostly seems like nonsense, but interesting that there is indeed independent studies that claim that it's effective for purification.

N=1 Take Nician or B3, 45 min before Sauna the kind that makes you flush red and skin tingle a bit NOT the slow release Niacin! Take a hot shower get real clean and it preps the sweating or exercise some before sauna. Place a clean white towel on your bench seat and one on the floor for your feet. I have a FIR Infrared sauna at 140 Degree F. Sit for 30 min if you're already accumulated for this amount of time. When done, look at your towels where the body made contact. See if you don't leave a little staining on the towels!

For anyone revisiting or watching this for the first time, I am 22 and have just started getting blood work done to remove PFA’s as there are studies revising that getting blood drawn helps with removal of “forever chemicals” which I’d say are more potent than micro and nano plastics. Therefore, I hope it contributes to the removal of all three…

Apparently sweat from saunas doesnt release it in the same way, it needs to be physical exertion. Thats what i think andrew huberman or what one those guys mentioned. I may be wrong. Thanks for the vid!

Do night sweats count? Dumb question I know, but most nights I wake up to a thin layer of sweat over my entire body. It's annoying as hell and I believe hormone related, but it would be nice if there is at least some benefit to the inconvenience.

Well I expierience lots of night sweats, often waking up multiple times a night to change clothes and towel off.... it's pretty interruptive to my sleep, but hey, maybe my body's just trying to do me a solid lol.
