@18:39 it's a merge lane... There's room to pull out and get up to speed. I'd be annoyed too! That's literally the reason that lane is like that. It's a yield sign, not a stop sign. You're supposed to keep moving and cut in to traffic. And even the cop doesn't get it lol.
