NO it doesn't .. you still have to re-enter the old email and info in order to get to the system with an new install.. useless video... i need a real hard reset to as if it was new.. my sis gave me this phone and i don;t want her to know i[ am giving it away .. get it?? i don't want to call her to have the email - password-phone no. bull...t.
i'm about to smash this thing.

I have tried to do the reset like 20 times on my phone and all it does is keeps restarting the phone. I'll do exactly what the video says let go of the power button when I see the LG logo push it again and hold it and it is restart the phone again I hold it in and then it just goes back to the LG logo all over again any advice
