Hi i dont have the skip internet option and its asking for the gmail on it before reset how do i bypass this

I can hard rest it but it asks me for a pin when i press "set up as new" or "copy your data" so basiclly i still need a password to get in. It gives ms the option to use a email but i need to use the original owners email to get in so either way theres no getting in.
