It's interesting how his heal/shield differs from Tahm Kench, though. Tahm gets grey health, and regenerates, but you can convert this grey health to a shield if you need to survive damage right now. Mordekaiser gets a shield, but you can convert it to healing, if you don't need the shield right now.

I thought the most blatant thing from another champ's kit was the pull, like from darius. Gives pen and is a pull. His W just seems like a re-imagining of his passive keeping the heal that was on his old W, giving like a window of power after damage happens
