[2/17 PBE] Mordekaiser W change

[ PBE CONTENT IS TENTATIVE AND ITERATIVE! THINGS MAY CHANGE ]

Mordekaiser's W has been changed! It now has a new effect "New Effect: "If cast on an ally, Mordekaiser also gains the effect of Creeping Death. Mordekaiser and his ally will gain 60 bonus Movement Speed towards each other."

So what they wanna make mordekaiser supp?

Morde will use it on team's engage, like jungler or tank. That way Morde will be able to get closer to the enemies easier or help des-engage in a safer manner.

It's as simple as Mordekaiser shielding his jungler (Ideally a melee champ like Khazix or Reksai) when they come in to gank, and using the move speed buff to catch up to whoever the jungler is wailing on. It's also good for saving a carry if they get caught, again with the move speed.
Adding utility to a champion in dire need of one does not a support make, people.
