How to import a STEP file into Fusion 360 and convert it to a single body

Basic steps:
1. Derive bodies into a new design
2. Orient the bodies as needed with Move
3. Combine bodies into single body
4. Turn off the timeline
5.Turn the timeline back on.

I watched this 1 minute video 4 times where do I import a step file though I uploaded it but no way to import this doesn't show how to do this even your description doesn't make sense.
