18. Short workout less than hour 5x days per week
19. 150-200 minutes minimal for week of zone 2 cardio
20. effiecent cardio 2minutes max distance, rest 2 minutes, same distance as fast, rest 2 mins, same time as round 2, rest
21. Breath control, focus on exhale long double inhale
22. Exercise snacks, exercise 1-2 minutes <12m, 100 jumping jacks something fast push ups
