Does poor service overshadow the flavor of the KFC Mac and Cheese Bowl?

In the city that I live in,(Bridgeport, Connecticut), we have two KFC locations. For a number of years, one of them located on Boston Avenue, has gotten a bad rap as far as problems with the staff, service in general and food issues. Recently, I've heard that they've gotten better, so I wanted to stop by and check them out. Is the service at this KFC location better than it has been in the past? I think that chicken mac and cheese bowl would be excellent with hot sauce sprinkled on top. We encounter so much rudeness from restaurant workers too, the managers allow it so they will continue. Or the workers will be standing around on their phones. We also cease to return to those establishments.

It's not illegal to film, but they can legally decline you service and ask you to leave for anything that isn't protected by law (race, gender, etc.) so if they just say "We don't like you filming, leave" they don't have to serve you and if you stay after they ask you to leave, it's trespassing

For now on to avoid all of the hassle fam, before you decide to film and do your thing, I would kindly ask to speak to a manager and ask them if it's cool to film here for your YouTube channel... And just let them know who you are and show them your YouTube channel if they don't believe you... If they don't, just go to another location... But that's my opinion on it... Some ppl need to get a grip.... It's not that serious... Other than that, good review fam😎
