it's very simple: the blonde lady was leading Meghan away and Harry was trying to get his fiancée's attention so he can make her turn around to go opposite direction to greet the military men, she was startled because she heard someone calling her voice, she probably thought it was a paparazzi or something. or maybe she couldn't hear Harry because there was so much chatter going on around here. people want so desperately to make her look bad, geez she's only human, we've all had awkward public moments lol mines are too much to even list, she'll be fine

I see no fault with Meghan here. She was being guided away by the handler the firm provided for her. So only someone who's trying to find something negative to say, would think she did something wrong. And those people are irrelevant. The Queen has the final say so, on all things Royal and she appears to be very pleased with Meghan. Had she not been, we all would know, because this is a woman who has no difficulties speaking her mind.
