LOVED IT!!!! no overhyped actions, just survival and I love how KOA was so smart!!! This was a go-to the Movies popcorn film, I rather watch it than Jurassic Park.
This was so heartfelt I cared about them both and want them to make it out of this situation. The fact that Mill's daughter coulda of passed away while he was in this situation was mind-blowing, his ability to still want to save KOA that's the kinda man I want to be!!!! They coulda have overdone it with the Dinosaurs and Creatures but a great balance between the environment itself is as dangerous as anything else that straight up wanted to eat them Outstanding!!! The focus on the acting and their relationship balanced between the technology and not overdoing the green screen effects, this would have been a great graphic novel. I think they definitely used their 65 million years ago setting to their advantage, the writers used the freaking asteroid that made the dinosaurs extinct as their urgency tool. That honestly really surprised me.

My friend and I both agreed, after watching it, 65 is exactly what I'd score it. The trailer paints it as a suspenseful, almost horror-type Dinosaur movie. But it's a heartfelt, exploration movie. I love Dinosaurs so I was gonna see it regardless, but def don't go into this thinking it's gonna be great. It lacked a ton in world-building. You don't know anything about the characters, where they're from, what type of job he even took, etc without giving spoilers. One thing that really killed it for me is the lack of overall wildlife, although the scenes with Dinosaurs were good.

I've seen it yesterday and it was really great movie. The dinosaurs design looks so creepy and scary, and I'll rate this movie 100 out of 10 since I'm big fan of dinosaurs cause why not 😋

I went into this movie with a positive mindset and I really wanted to like it. However I was not a fan of the pacing. I think there was a a lot of room to explore. I also think the movie had two different tones that didn’t work together well.

My only gripe with this movie is how they treated the dinosaurs as these bloodthirsty monsters who just kill, kill, and kill. This also applies to their monstrous designs. Dinosaurs are meant to be beautiful creatures, not these gray uncolored toothed beasts.

The Lost World perfectly portrayed the Tyrannosaurus by showing that it is an apex predator, but still an animal that was doing everything possible to protect his son. He rampaged the city because he wanted his son safe, not because he wanted to cause collateral damage.

I don't think the movie was great, but I still enjoyed it. My favorite scene was the scene with Adam Driver and the bird dino in the cave. I thought the idea of him using the proximity scanner to see the dino was used really well

I find it kinda funny some people seem to be massively disappointed in this movie. Personally, I thought it always looked bad from the start, and it didn’t interest me either, but who am I to ruin the excitement or hype someone else has for a movie yknow 😂 guess I was right… but then again it is all subjective, right?
