Change the sound to Theater, mine was terrible but when I played with the audio settings, theater was the best sound. you can get from this TV.

Well the sound has adjustements you can pick from and 2nd most of you plan on setting up a soundbar or surround sound speakers etc so whats to complain

This is trash because there are many different types of 65" Hisense.
