Most tent manufacturers try hard to design that feature out .
As its generally seen as a negative in poor weather .but there are always some upsides i suppose.

It seems bad for rain though. Also ive heard when you epen the rain cover the built up rain drips right into the fly...

If you open the fly during the rain storm, I can only suspect that it would dump all that into the tent. I sleep with the rain fly open during the night and would see this being an issue.

It’s too weak for my likings. Especially the Elite version doesn’t have what it takes to withstand proper windspeeds. Even the lightest bit of rain comes into your tent when there‘s a little breeze. That’s because of the high cut outs of its fly sheet at the head end. The price tag of €700 ++ in Germany makes it easy to look into other tents that are more stormworthy. And that’s what I’m looking for in a tent. Protection
