A very very good comment, clear speaking, just to the point and good camera - absolutely great, greetings from Jakarta - I use Nemo too

I love my Hornet 1p. Considered the 2p for more room but the 1p has plenty. Can't beat the weight of the 1p. I replaced the stuff sacks with Zpacks and use MSR Groundhogs Stakes and the 1p is so much lighter

I've got the firefly 2p and love it. I might have to pick this one up to do a comparison.

Since this is a 2P tent, I wish you would have shown two people in the tent. Otherwise, thorough as always.

Looks like the rain fly only extends about halfway down the head-end of the tent. Is it possible that rain water can get in? And is the tent waterproof (with the exception of the mesh of course). I would like to see it tested in a mock (or real) rain scenario.

at 3:05, it looks like you can roll the rain fly for some star gazing by the head. Can this be really done with this tent? Thanks for the review

Hi
Thanks for the review. I can't decide between this and Marmot Superalloy. is there any significant difference between them?
Which one is a better choice?

Do you think that BOTH a thermarest xlite regular wide and a just a regular 20" would fit in there? I realize that the tent is tapered at the end but so are the pads.

one question. i have the same tent but for one person. the tent bottom is not the thick material i know from tents. it looks like the tent cover wich lets through water when u touch it. so i am wondering if the tent bottom is waterproof when camping on wet ground?

Im confused cause you said it weighs 2lb. 8oz. but the tags say 1lb. 14oz. and or 1lb. 10 oz. minimum trail weight(without stuff sacks). Not trying to nit pick but that is quite the difference. Love your reviews though!!

Nobody used the zipper. I need to see it zip.

This is semi free standing even in the official specs. Too bad they didn't fix the back, it takes water in. Being splash proof has 0 benefits in the real world where it rains.

Again show the packed size in front of the girl or up front on the table with size comparable item. Don’t show the tent pointing at the camera lens on the side of the girl as it’s near impossible to get a good understanding of the packed size of the tent. Put up front sideways with a Magdalene bottle. Also she goes on and on about weight for the size of the tent etc yet never mentions the weight of the tent??!! What is that?
