As an endgame plqyer I'd have some additional tips for this guide:
With stat points for jinwoo it's most important to end up with 90%+ precision. Rest is just crit dump early.
For weapons the moonshadow dagger is unholy broken. I'd rate get this over book or shotgun by a mile.
Hunter weapons feel weird. You always want the SSR weapons for ur SSR hunters. They seem.to outscale even A5 sr weapons by a lot. 😅
Upgrading jinwoo's qte is a trap. You get almost no dmg for ur investment. When you later unlovk the almighty break skill you'll run it over the pummel skill. It's busted.
Dont upgrade artifacts that are lvl 35 past 10. Save for lvl 55.
Also something he never mentioned:
There are events for leveling weapons or artifacts or characters. Make sure you plan accordingly. You get good rewards for staying on schedule.

For Hunters there are SR hunters that are just monsters. Like Kim Byul and Nam. They are easy to builtld power houses that also carry in later encore stages. Kim Byul is a godsent for chapter 8 boss fot early game.

One thing I found out while playing is that what matters the most is how many dupes of a weapon you have, what abilities the weapon has, what stats your artifacts have on them and how you have your stat points distributed vs how rare your weapons are at only 1 dupe, how rare your artifact set is and how high your +10 artifact boost is or whatever if their stats are trash, and you've got a bad stat balance.

Previous setup I had rare artifact sets, SR or SSR equipment at one dupe but high levels and most of my stats in strength and perception with a little bit in agility and vitality.

Got to the job change missions and got destroyed, couldn't finish the levels, even though I had the right recommended power level.

Looked up some stuff online, changed to R weapons that I could get to dimension level +5, level 20, lower rarity artifacts of the same set, but with crit rate or defense penetration stats vs just random stats, and put all of my points into Perception and Strength (currently at 75 and 229), and suddenly the story job change missions were an easy clap even though it said my overall power went DOWN instead of up, which is crazy.

So the game is lying to you, team power is not the whole story. You can have high team power and still do lower damage and SR/SSR weapons are a trap if you only have 1 dupe of them. Nice shiny rare artifacts are a trap if their stats are garbage.

No idea why everyone has complained about gold. I'm F2P and have had zero gold issues. I'm currently level 57 and will be level 58 in a few hours once activity fund goes up a few hours. I've also been doing a second account and haven't had a gold issue on that. I'm sitting at like 1m gold still and I spent a ton leveling my characters up.

If you guys still dont have a strong SSR weapon

I wanna suggest using west wind. Its a SR snipe weapon and a lot of people use it for fast clearing.

The light element spear and katana, fire greatsword and almost all f2p SR weapons you get from clearing challenges are actually very useful.

Most recent game problem I experienced is my character was "Airborne" and the screen froze but the time is still running down. They really should fix this freezing/loading problem.

If I reset stat points do stats from job change quest return or they're gone for good cuz you don't get em for leveling up

Quick question, I got lucky with pulling I guess and I got Cha with 2 dupes plus her weapon, my current other hunters are Choi Jong In, Tiger guy non-tiger form and her. My Jinwoo only has 1 SSR weapon. Do I spend my essence stones on the standard banner thingy to try to get another SSR weapon or do I keep on pulling on Cha's banner?
