UPDATED MAXED VALBY AOE/BOSS BUILD (MASSIVE TICK DMG) | The First Descendant Valby Build Guide

Here we have a more up to date version of my AoE / Bossing build for Valby now that I have her maxed out. Have no worries, we will be full sending Ultimate Valby as well as giving Luna and whatever other new character there is next month.

I hope you guys enjoy this class overview / guide. If you have anything you would like to add feel free to leave a comment! We love our Valby tips. I might drop a tips & tricks video. I was thinking about putting it in this one, but I didn't want to drop an hour long Valby video.

Grinding out 5 complete pythons is brutal

So many people make videos of builds and show the mods, guns, etc but don’t show any footage of the build in use. Would be such a useful addition to videos for people who don’t have much time to grind out more than one min maxed character.

Instead of putting a catalyst on for time distribution you could put one on for your sub mod to gain 5 more capacity. Dont have a mod in mind but it would give you the 5 capacity and leave some flexibility with 1 mod slot

this is what Freyna's DoTs should've been. Valby's DoT stacks and stacks on crits, hope it isn't a bug, because it clears maps AND bosses

It's insane how I've tried pretty much every module combination on Freyna and it's not nearly as powerful dot dmg as Valby, makes you think she is useless

According to Patch notes on steam, Ulti Valby should be coming on next major update, which was august. or something

would be nice if there was an option to remove sockets in "setting 2" but keep "setting 1" sockets so you could make a boss build and a ad clear build with different sockets

You should have used catalyst on the sub slot instead, it makes it +15 instead of just +10 and could have saved a slot

Also, "skill simplification" is a 84.5% skill power modifier with -25%mp which is easily mitigated with a sensor with "max mp" and a skill cost mod and makes her attacks do so much more dot dmg.

FYI the number of bubbles you get scale off the weapon in your hand so if you have Ammo mods on that gun you can get 4 shots on your launcher. Idk if that’s meant to work that way or not but it does scale off ammo mods

I managed to combine waterplay & one of gley atk increase and two other atk increase mods and got supply moisture about 10 min ago

Hello, great video btw. I have a question. I read somewhere that when focusing on DoT damage, it's better to use power mods that specifically say "modifier" on them. Is that true based on your testing? Thanks.
