Nobody portrayed Diana so perfectly as Debicki.

I just love Elizabeth as Diana ...it's just she's come back to life..

One of the finest shows ever made. As wonderful as it is ambitious.

I always find myself researching after viewing episodes (from Season 1 to 5). It's always part of the adventure.

As the episodes went on, I hate to say this, but at some points Diana reminded me of Paris Hilton. Her eyes and the low way she spoke especially.

I just want to ask Dominic West one question. Did he intentionally avoid mirrors when the thought popped into his head that he could play Charles?! Cause seriously, one look in the mirror should have changed his mind!

What is amusing is....they are famous for the ability to wave. They don't play music, or sing, or dance. They just show up and WAVE. Crowds cheering, long lense photographers to capture the perfect moment when a hand catches the light and movement and everyone is bedazzled and cheers and smiles. It's truly a unique talent to wave.

They all did a great job. Some did not resemble their characters very much, but most still captured their essence pretty well. 'Diana' was magnificent. At times it was like watching and listening to the real person. 'Charles' gave a very feeling portrayal, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I like the real Charles, and his positive aspects and the challenges he endured were very well illuminated. Camilla was excellent as well. Apart from the parts that are clearly fake, the Royals need not worry too much about people turning off them as a result of these portrayals. I think they were all sympathetically handled. I would have liked to see Fergie, James Hewitt and more of Andy in action, though. All the false stuff should have been left out to make room for more juicy details that were actually true.

As an American, I have always found the fascination with the British Royal family very curious. However, one would have had to live under a rock not to be aware of Princess Di. I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to never be able to step outside your home without dozens of photographers shouting and taking photos of your every move. Prince Harry talks about how it traumatized him from an early age and even more so after his mother’s death. I watched all of The Crown and throughly enjoyed it. But my question remains one which was eluded to in the show….why is the Monarchy still relevant? The Royals have amassed a huge fortune, yet all British citizens contribute to their upkeep.

I thought dominic was a little too sophisticated and old for charles at that period but an incredible performance nonetheless. Elizabeth is just there as Diana inhabiting the part perfectly.

2:16 "Diana wont rest until she's blown the whole thing up"
funny enough by resting Diana finally bought the house of Windsor to its knees

Imelda's speaking voice is so British and different than I thought it would be. I love it!

They've tried to portray all the characters in such a way to make you say "they're all human"...And they've tried to balance the story, to keep a focus on the Crown and not necesarily on what happened only between Charles and Diana. Divorce is not an easy thing, it is messy...But I feel they could have done a better job in portraying her side. At times, I felt the message that was being sent out is that she is not reasonable, that she is exaggerating her grief, etc. whereas Charles and Camillas's reactions and struggles were perfectly fine

I'm interested in seeing how they depict this time of the monarchy. It seems to me that Charles was just so insecure, immature, and selfish. Certainly, Diana was as well ... but he was on the inside of the monarchy and it was his job to fold her in. And he utter failed.

He did look like Charles, But from the back. 😂 Still saw McNulty from The Wire, And that was over a decade ago.
