Tobias Menzies was insanely good as Prince Philip. He nailed the steely exterior with the soft, vulnerable interior. Very underrated performance in my opinion .

The biggest breakout star here is Emma Corin. While most of the other actors got 2 seasons to built their characters, she only got one season and she nailed it big time! Can’t wait for Elizabeth Debicki’s Diana.

"Diana will give up her fight; and bend." "And what if she doesn't bend?...Then she'll break." Whoa; powerful!!

i was always impressed with emma corrin's performance but it wasn't until i saw her as herself and not diana that i realized how extraordinary an actress she really is

Diana really weaponized fashion as an Art Form.
She brought an Eternal and Timeless elegance, breath taking. Diana was feared because no one understood her, but her public did and loved her and they love her still.

I’m obsessed with this show. It’s such a feat. I was never particularly interested in the British Royal Family but that’s the brilliance of the show’s creators…it gives a beating heart to all these characters…who happen to be real people who find themselves in the most extraordinary of circumstances. And it makes the audience care about them, when before this show, many would have otherwise not given two hoots about.

Gillian was so extraordinary in the role of Margaret Thatcher. She disappeared into it and I cannot see anyone else ever playing her. She was brilliant.

The actress playing Thatcher is amazing. They all are spot on. I will hate to lose Helen Bonham Carter!! I can watch her act all day long. She is amazing and I was so excited to see her in this role.

The part where they talk about seeing the actress in the wedding dress for the first time gave me chills

Emma Corrin was really good at mimicking Princess Diana's nuanced voice, considering her natural speaking voice is so distant from the soft speaking voice of Diana

Gillian Anderson did an excellent job playing Margaret Thatcher. However, Thatcher became prime minister when she was 54, but Anderson looked and acted like an 80-year-old Thatcher. The real Thatcher talked much faster and was more energetic than that when she was the P.M.

Tobias as Philip, literally with that tisk said so much. I can't get over Josh as Charles. I came into this not understanding Charles, but came out of it feeling his agony. I'm really enjoying seeing how he becomes King Charles. But if there's an outstanding story, it has to be Prince Philip's mother appearing and that scene with Louis Mountbatten, her brother. Both of them had quite an impact.

People that think the Crown is too boring are missing out. The best acting on TV.
