5-minute M&M microwave cookies for two! Easy tutorial

Ingredients:
2tbsp (30g) salted butter, melted
2tbsp light brown sugar
2tbsp granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1tsp vanilla
2tbsp plain flour (heat treated)
1tbsp chocolate chips
2tbsp M&Ms (plus extra for topping)

1) Mix the butter and both sugars together in a large bowl until combined.

2) Add the yolks and vanilla and mix them in.

3) Stir in the flour until just combined.

4) Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.

5) Divide the mix into 2 ramekins and smooth them out.

6) Top with more M&Ms.

7) Microwave individually on 500W for 40-50 seconds.

8) Enjoy!

I made this and it turned out to be more of a moist sponge cake, however it did taste good, all of the m&ms and chocolate chips sank to the bottom I recommend using mini m&ms and chocolate chips. I give it 6/10 I don't regret making it.

Recipe for the lazy ones:


M&m microwaveable cookie
2 table spoons (30g)melted salted butter
2tble spoons of light brown sugar
2tble spoons of granulated sugar
MIX TILL COMBINED
2 egg yokes
1tble spoon of vanilla extract
MIX TILL COMBINED
2tble spoons of plain flower
STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED
Fold in 1tble spoon choc chips and 2tble spoons of m&ms
Scoop into bowl
Smooth and top with more m&ms
Microwave individually
500W
40-50 seconds

Just made this after a long day and it is soooo amazing!!! Only critique is that the m&m’s sink to the bottom, but maybe to prevent that from happening, coat them in flour

Delicious recipe will totally try. You could always add some whipped cream and extra M&Ms and chocolate chips on the top. That could make the presentation a little bit more fun and the cold whip cream with some warm hot cookie sounds absolutely Yum. Hope that can help😀
