Good thing that Censorship, Self-driving cars, and Overpowerful Corporations don't exist in real life..

"What's this? Six of you. Such nice, tidy uniforms. Oh I'm so scared!" 🤣

Why does no one ever mention how much Brave New World influenced Demolition Man? Sandra Bullocks character is literally named Lenina Huxley.🤔

Bonus facts: Rob Schneider has claimed he still gets asked on how to use the 3 sea shells.
Some video games have put 3 sea shells in levels with restrooms as references to Demolition Man.

This is such a fun and enjoyable movie. Snipes made such a great antagonist.

Auditor: "Hello dear fellow, what's your boggle?!!"

Simon Phoenix:" "...My boggle?!" " 🤣😆😅😂🤭😁😄😺😸😹🙈🙉🙊

Fun fact, I work at that Taco Bell. It is the Raytheon Space Airborne System building in El Segundo California, formally the Hughes Aerospace HQ. That area where the Taco Bell was shot is actually our cafeteria.

One of my favourite films. So quotable. Simon Phoenix is one of the best baddies ever.

This movie was my “go to” back in the day. One of my favorites as a pre-teenager.

Here’s a notable mention. Sylvester Stallone would work with Rob Schneider again in Judge Dredd and Sandra Bullock would work with Benjamin Bratt in Miss Congeniality.

I really hope that Minty saw the news that the naked Frozen prop of Sylvester Stallone was found for sale in an Australian antique shop 😂

Stallone was so jacked in the 90s man, this was one of my favorite movies to watch. Such a great movie

That was a fantastic futuristic thriller! I am privileged to have met the costume designer, Bob Ringwood, who shaped the look and style of the film.

One thing that impressed me about this movie is that It broke the then almost mandatory 'Blade Runner look'. At the time most SF movies showed the future as some version of Ridley's 82 bleak distopia, always dark and raining. It was very predictable. Then along came Demolition Man and It had the audacity of doing something entirely different! Really enjoyed it.

This is in my top 5 all time faves. Gets better with every passing year.

This film was cross marketed in every way possible. I remember Taco Bell being full of posters and life size cutouts of Sly. They had some kind of Demolition meal deals, the whole bit. Taco Bell is still in business, and I suspect every time one of the streaming services runs Demolition Man they see an uptick.

Weird, i'm in Australia, always lived in Australia, and i bought this on VHS back in the day. Dinner and dancing were at Taco Bell. Pizza Hut never got a mention. I had no idea what Taco Bell was, but let's face it, was very clear it was a restraunt we simply didn't have in Australia. We do now....

There was also a Demolition Man game on the 3DO.

I grew up hearing taco bell whenever I watched the movie... However a few years ago I had a copy downloaded for me ... And when the man said pizza hut... I thought I was truly in the Mandela affect
