I am having a problem with my W203 M271 engine. The 1st spark plug has been stuck and all i replace are the remaining 3. How do I remove the stuck spark plug without damaging anything on the head. My cars performance gets affected as sometimes when I press down the accelerator the car has a rough idle and engine surging.

It looks like that mechanic forgot to check the gap size, even though they say these are already pre gapped they can fall and now have a smaller Gap. He also didn't blow out around the spark plugs, if anything gets in the engine it can score the piston and cylinder causing less compression, smoke, shaking and an engine light, and many more problems.
