45 MINUTE NO REPEAT COMPOUND WORKOUT - Here is a fun workout if you are the type of person who gets bored easily in a workout. We have taken compound moves, which means multi muscle, multi joint, and we are also doing a no repeat. So, each exercise is only done once through. Format: 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest
You will need: a variety of dumbbells

Clean and snatch
Reverse lunge flye

Chest flye crossover
Double swing squat
Princess sit up twist

I actually really loved this no repeat workout and I usually don't live no repeat. I think because it was a compound workout, which works everything, muscles, heart etc. Thank you for this one.

No repeat compound is great for a night you just don't really want to exercise. It keeps your mind busy, and the time goes fast. Thanks, as always.

I like no repeat workouts even if its compound movements.It goes by fast and while you may not burn out a muscle group, it still does the job. Loved this one 💙

Wow, wow, wow! I had never done this one before, and it is a favorite! Sweat-TEE!!! I don't like this format as much as I like focused strength training, but it absolutely has its place, and this was a great one! Thanks, Tracy!

I liked this workout. It has been a "grumpy rainy" few days in Maryland and it has really gotten me down. When I got home from work I wasn't going to workout but I talked myself into it. After I was done I really felt better and not so grumpy. I agree with you about fatiguing the muscles when you do repeats but every once in a while it's nice to do a no repeat workout. Thanks for helping me out of my slump.

I picked This one this am! When I’m feeling a little tired, I like a no repeat, it gets me through! Lots of variety in this one and am amazed that I still burn so many calories with no cardio!❤️

I love these no repeats, too. The cardio is great for my nerves, helps calm me down. My heart rate goes up because my arms are weak, so this was great!

You are spot on, I was one that voted for no repeats however once you get going and figure out the set, you move to another position, thanks for bringing this up, I didn’t look at it from that perspective.
