From someone who had a goal to be happy at one point, you learn you can’t have happiness without grief. You will have ups and downs in life and if you go through a really depressing time as I use to struggle with depression, I learned to change not only my world view but changing the world around me to create the happiness I desired. I am happy right now more then I ever have been. I still have my days we’re I struggle we all do, but to be happy it takes time, work, and dedication. Most of all to and extent takes sacrifice. Weeding out the people and things that are creating your toxic environment. Happiness wasn’t my only goal but it was something I wanted to figure out.
