It’s another gloomy day in Gargoyles town, but lucky for us we got the NECA gargoyles detective Broadway to shine some light on the case of the missing wings. With special guest Hatter Noir these two are sure to crack the case - and this review!

In the end if you're a Gargoyles fan the wings can be swtiched depending on your scene of Broadway. I love them both and I have the complete collection so far. I enjoy them and play with them for various scenes from the animated series. I think maybe eventually Tony Dracon, Matt Bluestone and may others will come along. i'm glad we will be getting Macbeth and Gabriel soon.

When are they going to release the A-frame wings like every promotional image of the Gargoyles together? I really hope that comes at some point. The only thing keeping me from buying the entire line is that they take up so much stinking space.

Hatter, I am all in with the Neca Gargoyles line. I was able to find this variant in-store. The fact it was the character with the folded wings made this a done deal. I was not going to over think it. The coats wiring was exceptional as Neca has little to no wiring in their figures accessories. The Hatter Noir of course had some world weary observations 😉 in the genre.✌️

Thankfully for half of the episode Broadway had his wings completely under the jacket so you can give the standard Broadway the draped wings and leave this one with just the jacket and it will still be accurate

One of my childhood favorite shows. Only thing that kept me from buying them was the wings. Yes they look epic with the spread out wings but they should have given us options or articulated wings. All I know if any company make mummies alive figures will take all my money.

I stopped buying Neca Gargoyles out of frustration for the Flawed Wings Problem. Not only did Neca make the wings big and heavy but brittle so the inevitable is that you will have to put them on the top shelf, they will fall from being top heavy and then the wings will break from them being Hard Brittle Plastic. So after my Broadway fell and broke both wings and I tried to heat and bend Demona's wings which is not the same as having Folded Soft Vinyl Wings (Which is how Neca should have made the wings!!!), I bought the other female, Angela and have yet to buy any more right now.

I absolutely love Gargoyles, but I refuse to buy any Neca Gargoyles figures until they release them all with proper articulated wings! This is freaking ridiculous. It’s like releasing Turtles without shells. They’re a critical part of the figure, not an optional accessory.

Regular Broadway is like $25 at my Walmart. So far I’ve paid $15 for Goliath and $25 for Lexington.
