Homeschool curriculum picks 2021-22 / Pre-K, 4K, First Grade

We're starting a new homeschool year with two year olds, four year olds, and (almost) six year olds. Some of our curriculum is the same, but most of it is new!

If you're curious, I earned a doctorate in atmospheric sciences and a master's degree in journalism before my husband and I started our family. I intended to work in research or science writing. When I was expecting our third set of twins, it became quite clear to me that I can best serve my family and, by raising my children well, the world as a whole by staying home with them and trying to engineer a close-knit family unit. My husband and I firmly believe that a close, supportive family is one of the best benefits we can provide our children.

For fun preschool workbooks that include a Bible song to sing each day while focusing on listening skills and many auditory and visual skills is the Rod and Staff ABC series. Also Developing the Early Learner series is amazing.
