We love the DK geography workbooks too! They are simple and present the concepts in a way that is easy for the kids grasp.

1st time seeing your videos. Thanks for all the info. We started homeschooling last year for the 1st time. Have 8th grader and kindergartner almost about to finish up the year and move into 9th and 1st grades. I used The good and Beautiful Primer for Lang arts and loved it. I purchased TGAB Math 1 with manipulatives box for 1st grade. We are a law enforcement family so I am so blessed that we found homeschooling and I love watching all the homeschool moms on YouTube to get new ideas and different approaches. I'm still figuring out the best way to homeschool. Thanks for your video. Best of luck for your family in the upcoming schoolyear. Be blessed.

I am starting my kindergartener on TG&TB LA level 1 on Monday ! She finished the first two Gather ‘Round Ready to Read units. I decided to switch to TG&TB even though I do love the GR R2R program, I just think she can handle something a little more rigorous. 🙂 Thanks for the tip of keeping school going twice a week through summer. I never thought of that (this is my first year homeschooling)!
